This study aimed to analyzed employee engagement and job satisfaction with workforce agility through talent management as a mediating variable. The object of research was carried out at one the public transportation companies. number respondents 100 people. is purposive because it following needs. analysis tool uses Partial Least Square (PLS) method. It aims analyze specifically variables indicators that affect agility. results showed had positive effect on role variable affects Organizations must maximize prepare competencies according business challenges. implementation will make employees more agile, responsive, have high initiatives generate innovation.
